How long can I stay or do I have to stay?
The minimum is one month. There is no maximum stay.

Can I rent in person or on the telephone?
You can call us and we will make an appointment to collect your items and transport them to our facility. We can collect your payments as well.

When can I access my self storage unit?
Our facility is open 7 days a week, access hours are 9am to 5pm.

What kind of documentation do I need to provide to rent a storage unit?
You will need to provide a valid, government-issued form of identification (e.g., ID or passport).

How can I pay for my Unit?
You can pay cash or by cheque.

Do I need to bring my own lock?
You can bring your own lock or we can provide a new (never been used) lock for you. You get to keep to the lock keys.
